PMI Assumes Global Ownership of Aladdin Brand

aladdin_logoWEB SEATTLE-Pacific Market International (PMI) has taken global ownership of the Aladdin brand of food and beverage storage products with its acquisition of Aladdin South America.

PMI had already owned the brand for every worldwide territory except South America. With this acquisition, Aladdin South America will operate under the corporate entity PMI South America, with its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and two manufacturing facilities in Brazil. It will also expand its operations to include the handling of new brands and products from PMI, specifically the Stanley and Migo food-container brands.

Rob Harris, PMI's president and CEO, said, "The combination of the highly dedicated team of professionals at PMI South America and PMI's Aladdin, Stanley and Migo brands will provide powerful merchandising solutions for retailers and offer exciting new innovative products to consumers never before seen in the South American market."
