Pantone’s color of the year for 2015—the rich red-brown wine hue called Marsala—is a nurturing, full-bodied color that “embodies the satisfying richness of a fulfilling meal,” said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute. Consumers will have plenty of Marsala items to feast on this year, as these and many other products hit the marketplace. —Andrea Lillo
