NEW YORK-Kravet has launched Chalet, a new collection of fabrics, trimmings, wallpaper and drapery hardware designed by Barbara Barry, as part of its Kravet Couture line.

The collection features designs inspired by Barry’s annual trips to Austria. These include motifs drawn from the Alps and from decorative buildings in the Engadine Valley in the Alps, along with colors from Alpine streams and winter grays.

The drapery hardware includes faux horn finials and rings and faux antler tiebacks and end caps. Two new weathered-wood finishes and a deep bronze complete the hardware offering. A faux wood wallpaper provides a subtle backdrop for the collection.

The Chalet collection is now available in Kravet’s showrooms, which are located throughout the world.
