Ellery Licenses with Simmons Beautyrest

To launch fashion bedding and curtains under Simmons and Beautyrest brands

Ellery HomeStyles NEW YORK-Ellery HomeStyles has entered into a longterm licensing agreement with Simmons for collections of fashion bedding and window treatments under the Simmons and Beautyrest brands.

In a company statement, Ellery said it would debut the new brands during the September 2016 New York Home Fashions Market. The company will also meet with its customers in the coming months to discuss and preview merchandising assortments.

“We see tremendous opportunities to develop a portfolio of fashion products with functional benefits—including new technologies—that accessorize the bedroom and provide consumers with higher-quality sleep,” said Hugh Rovit, Ellery’s CEO. Rovit described Simmons and Beautyrest as “iconic brands (that) are well-known to consumers who associate them with quality, innovation and superior performance.”

On the Simmons side: “This partnership will expand the reach of our brands into new categories and that will help provide consumers with a better night’s sleep,” said Rolf Sannes, the mattress manufacturer’s vice president of global marketing and licensing.
