Centre Lane Partners Acquires Focus Products Group

NEW YORK-Centre Lane Partners, a private investment firm, has swung a deal to acquire Focus Products Group from Sterling Partners.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Lincolnshire, Ill., Focus Products supplies both consumer and commercial housewares, especially in the small-electrics segment, to customers in the retail, food-service and hospitality channels. Its brand portfolio includes West Bend, Chicago Metallic, Amco Houseworks, Swing-A-Way, Hookless, Focus Foodservice and Regal Ware Food Service, and its licenses include Jelly Belly and Star Wars.

Centre Lane specializes in investments in North American middle-market companies, with revenues ranging between $20 million and $500 million, in a variety of industries.
