NEW YORK—A new Allrecipes roaster set, a smart convection oven, a 3-in-1 ginger tool and French presses are among the recent housewares introductions for the fourth quarter.

Clipper Corporation gives the home chef plenty of options with its Allrecipes 4-piece hard anodized 3-in-1 oval roaster set, which consists of an 8.5-quart roaster pan, a 4-quart au gratin pan, a stainless steel rack and a glass aroma lid. Both the au gratin pan and the combination roaster/Dutch oven work directly on the stovetop as well as in the oven. Cooks can use the roaster like a slow cooker or to make large-batch soups, chili and more—the vented glass lid allows users to keep track of how a dish is progressing. Cooks can also use the large-capacity roasting pan and rack in the oven as a covered roaster with either the au gratin pan as a lid (for larger roasts and

poultry) or the aroma glass lid. The glass lid features an aroma knob so cooks can add wine, oil and other aromatics and it fits both the au gratin pan and the roaster pan. It launches on HSN.com this month for $150.

Using the latest in sensors and artificial intelligence to recognize, monitor and cook food, the June Oven is an intelligent convection oven that takes the guesswork out of cooking. June’s custom-designed heating and convection configurations deliver precise cooking performance, and it currently can identify and cook 25 common foods. The six carbon fiber heating elements are divided into three individually controlled banks with two convection fans that can be independently adjusted, so it can create a caramelized crust if the chef wants, for example. It will begin shipping to pre-order customers during December and will begin fulfilling new orders the following month.

Espro has added a new French press and a new colorway to its line: the Espro Press P3 and the Press P5 in copper. The Espro Press P3 is a more affordable model design aimed at students and young professionals who want to make café-quality brews at home without sacrificing quality or style. The brand’s patented, award-winning double micro-filter creates a distinct French press flavor without the grit, and, designed with a buffer between the filters, the mechanism automatically isolates the coffee grinds and tea leaves to block further extraction, ensuring consistent taste. Espro also added a copper version of its popular Press P5 for a sophisticated look.

Microplane introduced a new color—white—to its recently launched 3-in-1 Ginger Tool, a rasp-style tool simplifies the task of prepping ginger. Now offered in white with gray accents, along with the original gray with black accents, the Microplane 3-in-1 Ginger Tool has a $14.95 suggested retail. The tool features a peeler on the side to quickly remove the peel of knobby, fresh ginger root and a wide panel incorporating Microplane’s Fine blade.
