ANAHEIM, Calif.-Evriholder Products has acquired the assets and business of DreamTime, Inc., a company that designs health, wellness and personal care products. The company's products include the DreamTime, Spa Comforts, Warm Whiskers and Healing Heat lines.

Judy Day, founder and CEO of the Santa Cruz, Calif.-based DreamTime, will join Evriholder to oversee new product development in the health and wellness category. In addition, DreamTime will maintain a sales office in Santa Cruz, with administration relocating to Evriholder's southern California offices and distribution through Evriholder's California and Indianapolis, Ind., distribution centers.

"We are excited to welcome DreamTime, their products and exceptional team to Evriholder," said Gary Seehoff, chairman of Evriholder. "With their tremendous brand recognition and loyal customer base, their products are perfect for us as we expand our product offerings in the bath, personal care, health and wellness high-end impulse categories. Their products are not only everyday items but are intrinsically perceived as luxurious, making them good, solid fourth quarter products for gifting during the holidays."

Most of DreamTime's products use heat or cold therapy to help alleviate aches and pains and promote relaxation. They are environmentally friendly, contain no animal products and are not tested on animals.

"Evriholder is the perfect company to acquire DreamTime and with our common customer base and broad product appeal, joining Evriholder is the next step in our natural evolution," said Day. "As with all of our products, our customers can look forward to many years of unique new products that promote personal relaxation to help rejuvenate the body and mind and encourage physical and emotional well being."
