ANAHEIM, Calif.-Evriholder Products has acquired the assets and business of DreamTime, Inc., a company that designs health, wellness and personal care products. The company's products include the DreamTime, Spa Comforts, Warm Whiskers and Healing Heat lines.
Judy Day, founder and CEO of the Santa Cruz, Calif.-based DreamTime, will join Evriholder to oversee new product development in the health and wellness category. "Evriholder is the perfect company to acquire DreamTime and with our common customer base and broad product appeal, joining Evriholder is the next step in our natural evolution," said Day. "As with all of our products, our customers can look forward to many years of unique new products that promote personal relaxation to help rejuvenate the body and mind and encourage physical and emotional well being."
