Generation Brands Promotes Wolf, Wilcox

SKOKIE, Ill.-Generation Brands has promoted Michael Wolf to vice president of customer service and Stephanie Wilcox to director of e-commerce and national accounts. Generation Brands is the parent company of Feiss, Monte Carlo, LBL Lighting, Tech Lighting and Sea Gull Lighting.

Wolf, who reports to Generation Brands COO Jim Brewer, first joined Generation Brands in 2006 as customer service manager for Tech Lighting. He was then promoted to customer service manager for Tech Lighting and LBL Lighting, and in 2009 was promoted again to director of customer service for Generation Brands. Now as vice president, Wolf is responsible for the five brands' individual customer service departments and the technical support team.

Wilcox, who reports to Feiss-Monte Carlo and Sea Gull Lighting President Matt Vollmer, returned to Sea Gull Lighting almost a year ago to lead strategic planning and sales initiatives for the brand's e-commerce channel and national account customer base. In the new role of director of e-commerce and national accounts for Generation Brands, she and her team are responsible for helping e-commerce customers plan and execute their sales strategy while also working with key national accounts and buying groups. They also implement national programs at the corporate level across all Generation Brands companies.

Before joining Sea Gull Lighting, Wilcox focused exclusively on e-commerce, representing various decorative lighting, plumbing and fan products to key e-commerce partners.
