DALLAS-The Container Store chairman and CEO Kip Tindell has written his first book, "Uncontainable: How Passion, Commitment, and Conscious Capitalism Built a Business Where Everyone Thrives," which underscores the retailer's mantra that it's possible and joyful to create a business where everyone associated with it thrives.

Tindell kicked off the launch of his book at the World Business Forum yesterday in New York. The book will be for sale in The Container Store locations, online and in places where books are sold. It's also available in an electronic version.
