On Aug. 15, the first talk, at 11 a.m., will focus on running a profitable delivery department, followed at 1:30 p.m. by a one-hour session focused on the difficulties of bringing in new customers and retaining old ones during difficult economic times. On Aug. 16, the first talk, at 11 a.m., will be a one-hour session focused on increasing overall sales and the profitability on existing sales, followed at 1:30 p.m. by a one-hour session focused on increasing your overall bottom line by reducing operational costs.
