Casabella Gives Water Stop Gloves to The Marine Mammal Center

Casabella

NEW YORK-Casabella has donated 1,000 reusable Water Stop Gloves to The Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, Calif.

The gloves will be used to help volunteers at the organization in their efforts to care for sick and injured marine mammals. As a Casabella spokeswoman explained, the donation allows the center "a greener 'hand print' on the environment," given that the gloves can be used again and again.

The Marine Mammal Center functions as a hospital for sick and injured seals and sea lions. It provides medical care to about 500 marine mammals each year.
