Phillips to Host Full Market Schedule

HIGH POINT, N.C.—With High Point Market starting this Saturday, Phillips Collection will host a number of social and educational activities in its showroom in the IHFC building, #C-202.

The company will host a book signing and cocktail party with author Julianne Taylor Oct. 19 from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Taylor is releasing her first book, “DesignHER,” and the event will also include a Q&A, raffle and reception where Taylor is expected to deliver inspirational remarks.

The event schedule also includes the toast to market with Phillips’ Mark Phillips (10 a.m.) and the meatballs and moonshine industry mixer (4 p.m.) Oct. 17; Brunch and Learn with Phillips’ Jason Phillips (10 a.m.) and a potato martini bar party (4 p.m.) on Oct. 18; Luxe Love with Phillips’ Jessica Phillips Penn (10 a.m.) and Mediterranean Monday with kabobs (4 p.m.) on Oct. 19; a showroom tour with Mark Phillips (10 a.m.), a dessert shot party (3 p.m.) and Thai Tuesday (4 p.m.) on Oct. 20.

The company will again host its #ShowUsYorkFierce lion selfie contest, where attendees can shoot pictures of themselves with Phillips’ lion sculpture, then post it to Twitter or Instagram with the #ShowUsYourFierce hashtag chance to win $500 of Phillips products.
