ROSEVILLE, Calif.-Western Home Furnishings Association and DispatchTrack have partnered to offer DispatchTrack's end-to-end furniture delivery operations software to members at reduced pricing.
Software features include the ability to schedule resources and track job progress, as well as map-based routing, GPS tracking, turn-by-turn directions, job completion pictures, customer signature for job confirmation, credit card swiper, on-site customer survey, paperless delivery reports and an open API - to integrate with existing sales & fulfillment systems.
"We are excited to bring this new program to our members to help save them time and money. Not only does it make the delivery process easier on the staff, it also on average saves about $800 a month," said WHFA Executive Director Sharron Bradley.
