Paragon to Acquire Kinder-Harris

ALBERTVILLE, Ala.-Wall decor manufacturer Paragon has acquired Kinder-Harris, a high-end wall art, lamp and accessory manufacturer based in Stuttgart, Ark. Kinder-Harris' product line will be relaunched at the High Point Market next month in Paragon's IHFC C203 showroom, along with other introductions.

"During this period of market consolidation, we have been approached by several companies looking for ways to work together," said Lendell Glassco, president, Paragon. "Kinder-Harris presented us a great opportunity to add a more exclusive line of hand-painted artwork to complement our existing product line. In addition, we will continue to offer the coordinating lamp and accessory products to support their customer base and also offer our accounts these new product categories."

Kris Lindsey, president, Kinder Harris, will join Paragon to assure a smooth transition, develop sales, coordinate submissions from existing and new artists and design new products.

Beginning Oct. 15, Paragon will handle Kinder-Harris' sales, order fulfillment and customer service, and Kinder-Harris' manufacturing operations will relocate to Paragon's facility by year end. The Kinder-Harris High Point showroom has been closed.
