NEW YORK—Macy’s is promoting its gift-giving assortment for the holidays—which includes several entertaining-related home items— and highlighting the newest enhancement to its shopping app.

“Cocktail lovers will appreciate the new copper barware line by Martha Stewart Collection, complete with double old fashioned glasses, Moscow Mule mugs and a sleek tray to serve as a catchall for all the essentials,” the retailer said in a statement. It also highlighted All in Good Taste travel mugs by kate spade new york, marble and wood paddle board servers by Thirstystone, and kitchen “must-haves” such as the Crux 7-speed blender, Metrokane electric corkscrew and Ninja Forte Coffee Bar 11.

On its website, Macy’s also flagged the newest addition to its shopping app—PayPal One Touch. The latest version of the Macy’s app grants special offers and in-store savings, and enables users to access the wedding registry, manage their Macy’s account, and use a smart scan bar code feature to get access to product details, prices and reviews. A messaging service can be enabled to unlock real-time deal alerts and special event notifications while shopping in the store. The My Wallet feature allows customers to manage their Macy’s offers and credit card payments in one place, adds Star Passes automatically and helps the user pick the best offer at checkout. Through the app, users can also place an order and pick it up in the store the same day, and receive 25 percent off their first app order.
