DALTON, Ga.--Karastan rugs will be used in two upcoming series on HGTV: HGTV Design Star All Stars and Property Brothers.
A special edition of HGTV Design Star, HGTV Design Star All Stars is a first-ever competition that pits six previous designers from past seasons to compete for a $25,000 prize and a special appearance on an HGTV show. The four-episode series starts airing July 31. Each week, the all-star designers must meet a design challenge, and one designer will be eliminated.
In addition, Karastan has appeared this summer in the HGTV reality show, Property Brothers, where twin brothers Jonathan and Drew Scott help couples find, buy and transform extreme fixer-uppers into their dream home. Seen in numerous episodes running from June through August, Karastan rugs on the show ranged from the traditional Multicolor Panel Kirman for an elegant entryway to contemporary classics like the casual kaleidoscopic Pavilion for a master bedroom.
"Since Karastan is all about crafting rugs that last, we believe our products are a perfect fit for everyone's dream home," Tammy Foubert, product manager of Karastan Rugs, said. "We are especially happy to be able to show the breadth and diversity of our styles and colors on Property Brothers."
