Li Appointed President of Ralph Lauren Home

NEW YORK-William Li has been appointed president of Ralph Lauren Home, succeeding Ian Sears.

Li will assume the position with more than four years of experience building the Ralph Lauren brand and business globally as senior vice president of Ralph Lauren Home. "Li's strong leadership skills, in-depth understanding of the home market and the company, and his well-established partnerships internally and externally will position him well in this new role," the company said in a press release..

Sears will relocate to the West coast "to renew his professional opportunities," the company said. His last day with Ralph Lauren will be Oct. 10.
