Rosanna to Design Pope Memorabilia

SEATTLE-Rosanna, Inc. will create commemorative pieces for Pope Francis’ upcoming Philadelphia visit, the tabletop company said. The pope will be attending the Pontifical Council’s World Meeting of Families (WMOF) Sept. 22-25 and the Papal Visit Sept. 26-27.

Original pieces designed by Rosanna for the pope’s visit include porcelain mugs, trays and votive holders featuring messages about the importance of family. WMOF organizers commissioned designs from Rosanna after seeing commemorative products made by Rosanna at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York.

“We are very humbled and honored to design for such an important world leader who carries a message of hope and peace for all,” said President and Art Director Rosanna Bowles.

The September WMOF summit will mark Pope Francis’ first papal visit to the U.S.
