Stark Carpet Launches Restoration and Cleaning Company

NEW YORK-Stark Carpet, which custom designs carpets, fabric, furniture and wall coverings, has launched Stark Cleaning and Restoration to provide cleaning and restoration services available through its showrooms in New York, Syosset, N.Y., Norwalk, Conn., Philadelphia, Delaware, Florida, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

A natural progression in the evolution of Stark, the new division will offer cleaning, restoration and fiber protection for area rugs and wall-to-wall carpets. Antique carpets, as well as contemporary rugs, can be revitalized and returned to their original coloring, shape and beauty through a variety of procedures, which include deep cleaning, tinting, reweaving and expert color matching, the company said. In addition, furniture cleaning, furniture fiber protection, drapery cleaning and drapery fiber protection are also available. Cameron Christopher will be the manager of the new division.
