Keurig, Supervalu Team for Java Delight Coffee

WATERBURY, Vt.-Keurig Green Mountain has partnered with Supervalu, the grocery wholesaler and retailer, for a line of K-Cup coffee packs branded under Java Delight.

The new packs will be offered in Supervalu's company stores, which include Cub Foods, Hornbacher's, Shop 'n Save, Shoppers Food & Pharmacy and Farm Fresh. They will also be available in the approximately 1,800 independent stores Supervalu serves. They will hit the shelves of these retailers beginning this month, according to a joint statement from Keurig and Supervalu.

John Whoriskey, president of U.S. sales and marketing at Keurig, said, "By working with Supervalu, we can offer shoppers across the country the value pricing and rich flavors they expect from their favorite Supervalu brand, all with the added convenience of the Keurig Brewed seal, ensuring premium quality with each and every cup."
