The Legacy Companies Acquires Regal Ware's Drinking Water Purification Business

Legacy CompaniesFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.-The Legacy Companies has completed the acquisition of Regal Ware's Drinking Water Purification and Filtration Business Unit, headquartered in Kewaskum, Wisc.

The acquisition of Regal Ware's Water Purification business strengthens Legacy's health and wellness appliance segment through the addition of brands such as DOL-FYN, Dove, Nautilus, Ultra Clean, Milennium (Canada), Aquavie (European Union, China).

Commenting on the transaction, Neal Asbury, CEO of The Legacy Companies, said, "We are pleased to announce the completion of this acquisition. It represents our continued commitment to expanding our USA-based manufacturing operations and building our portfolio of Legacy brands.
