CHICAGO‑Chef Todd English will debut his newest cookware and accessories collection online this weekend. It is manufactured by Hudson Home Group, which showed the new line at the International Home + Housewares Show this week. Called Todd English Titan, the program is currently exclusive to Evine, a digital commerce company, and is launching March 14.

Hudson Home Group is excited about working with English, Howard Ho, managing partner, told HFN. The line is special because “it has a Titanium infused ceramic coating,” he said. The coating is “so abrasion resistant, you can use metal utensils on it.”

The induction-ready cookware is constructed of 5 gauge aluminum, yet has the polished look of stainless steel, said Ho. It’s available in several colored metallic glazes, such as blue, copper and red. The lids are glass with silicone knobs. In addition, the collection includes knife sets and food storage. More is to come, added Ho, such as barbeque tools in the spring.

“Developing this line has been an extraordinary experience for me,” English said. “I’ve been able to take my love of travel and different cultures and infuse that with what I love most about cooking. My first line to debut at Evine Live, Todd English Titan, is not only revolutionary in its technology, but beautiful to behold. I’ve got many things in store for Evine Live customers throughout the year. It’s going to be an exciting journey.”
