Keurig Vue Wins Edison Award

READING, Mass.-The Keurig Vue brewer has been recognized as winner of the 2013 gold Edison Award in the consumer packaged-goods beverage preparation category.

The brewer was one of several nominees judged by more than 3,000 senior business executives and academics from across the nation, whose criteria for each product were concept, value, delivery and impact. The Senseo Sarista by DE Masterblender 1753 took the silver award in the beverage preparation category, while the Verismo System by Starbucks was given the bronze award.

Frank Bonafilia, executive director of the Edison Awards, said, "The Keurig Vue brewing system and the advanced personalization options available demonstrate the innovative and persistent essence of Thomas Alva Edison's legacy."
