Alok Forms License Alliance with Kathy Hilton Home & Design

NEW YORK-Alok International has signed a worldwide license agreement with Kathy Hilton Home & Design for a collection of bed sets, duvet covers, blankets, towels and window treatments.

Arun Agarwal, Alok's president and CEO, said the line will be available in both retail stores and in the hospitality market. Hilton and Alok will jointly design the complete line, which will be drawn from Hilton's recently renovated home in Bel Air, Calif. Agarwal said Hilton "represents the quintessential American lifestyle."

Hilton is an actress and the mother of Paris and Nicky Hilton. Her sense of style and charitable work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Town & Country, Women's Wear Daily, W magazine, Vogue Japan, Vogue Italia, British Vogue, Hello magazine and 25 Ans.
