PORTLAND, Ore.-Pendleton has appointed Robert Christnacht to the new position of director of wholesale sales.

The move puts Christnacht over the company's wholesale distribution efforts worldwide. He will continue in his current role as home division manager, responsible for the merchandising and planning functions of Pendleton's home products. He reports directly to Pendleton's CEO, William Lawrence.

According to a Pendleton statement, the new position was created as part of an overall company strategic direction to enlarge Pendleton's national and international presence.
