FXI Acquires Southern California Manufacturing Site

ORANGE, Calif.-FXI, the foam products manufacturer, has purchased the manufacturing facility located here, which it has leased since 2009.

The facility measures 250,000 square feet and is located on 25 acres. John Cowles, FXI president and CEO, said acquiring the site "is critical to supporting our customers in southern California and the western part of the United States ... This demonstrates our commitment to our local customers as well as our national customers that require a robust manufacturing footprint."

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. FXI bought the facility from an affiliate of Sares-Regis Group.
