Iconix Sets Management Changes

IconixNEW YORK-Iconix Brand Group has made several key changes to its top-level management.

Seth Horowitz, president of the company's men's division, has been promoted to chief operating officer, a new position for Iconix. Jeff Lupinacci has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Warren Clamen, who has resigned to pursue other opportunities. Rodney Hutton has joined Iconix to succeed Horowitz as president of the men's division.

Horowitz and Lupinacci report to Neil Cole, the company's CEO. Hutton reports to Horowitz.

Before joining Iconix, Lupinacci served as global chief financial officer of IPG Mediabrands. Hutton was chief merchandising officer for Anne Klein Brands prior to his appointment with Iconix.
