IFDA to Present Color Forecast

NEW YORK-The International Furnishings and Design Association's New York chapter will present Color Forecast 2011 during the upcoming New York International Gift Fair and Home Textiles Market Week.

Scheduled for Monday, Feb. 1, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, the seminar will feature Doty Horn, director of color and design for paint manufacturer Benjamin Moore, and Susannah Pask, publisher of East Coast Home & Design magazine. Horn will talk about Benjamin Moore's 2011 Color Pulse program, titled "Balance," and will offer the limited-edition book on the program at a special price for seminar attendees. Pask will demonstrate how consumers are interpreting current and future color trends in their homes.

The event is scheduled to take place in room 1A02-03 in the Javits Center, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 a.m., prior to the seminar.
