Liability Protection Seminar to Kick Off Gift & Home Market of CMC

LOS ANGELES-The California Market Center's Gift & Home Market will open with a free seminar on liability protection for retailers.
Titled "How Retailers Can Protect Themselves from Liability in the State of California," the session will discuss employee and independent contractor issues, employment laws, premises liability corporate formation and maintenance, business licenses, sellers' permits and other topics. It will be open to registered retailers and industry guests with business identifications. It will be presented by attorneys with the firm of Manning & Kass, Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester.
