New Home Licenses for Downton Abbey

Downton AbbeyNEW YORK-Rio Home Fashions, True Fabrications and Behrens Manufacturing have all signed agreements to produce licensed collections of home products under the Downton Abbey label.

Rio Home will produce and sell a line of Downton Abbey bedding products, including sleep pillows, comforters, blankets, mattress pads and mattress toppers. True Fabrications will create a collection of Downton Abbey wine accessories, cheese boards, slate coasters and wine racks. Behrens will manufacture a line of Downton Abbey metal household items such as planters, watering cans and other metal containers, along with wooden washboards.

Downton Abbey is the PBS Masterpiece series that has won Emmy and Golden Globe awards, and--according to a statement from Knockout Licensing, the series' licensing agency--airs in more than 250 territories throughout the world. It is scheduled to begin its fifth season in January 2015.
