NY Now Teams with Museum Store Association

NY_Now logoWHITE PLAINS, N.Y.-The NY Now trade show has formed a partnership with the Museum Store Association (MSA) which will lead to a half-day educational program at the summer NY Now.

Scheduled for Aug. 16, MSA's Certificate Learning Program will address issues such as merchandising, resource planning, staffing, customer experience, loss prevention, analysis and reporting. The program is also slated for presentation at MSA's annual Conference & Exposition and at other gift and home markets throughout the nation.

Christian Falkenberg, NY Now director and senior vice president of GLM, the show's owner and manager, said, "The program and resulting networking opportunities will be of interest not only to MSA's retail members, but also to gift and home retailers in general."
