Phillips-Van Heusen Buys Tommy Hilfiger

NEW YORK-Phillips-Van Heusen said yesterday that it will
purchase Tommy Hilfiger for about $3 billion in cash and stock.
Revman International has the Tommy Hilfiger license for the soft home business.
