Rio Home Fashions Partners with Kathy Ireland on Basic Bedding

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif.-Rio Home Fashions has signed a license agreement with kathy ireland Worldwide to produce basic-bedding products under the kathy ireland Home brand.

The collection will include memory-foam bed pillows, memory-foam mattress pads and toppers, fiber -and featherbeds, comforters, mattress pads and bed pillows. The license agreement calls for the expansion of this line into hospitality customers as well as retailers, and will offer designs within the kathy ireland Home Acafe Society and kathy ireland Home Jardin collections.

Ireland, and chief designer for the company that bears her name, said Rio Home "has embraced our mission of '...finding solutions for families, especially busy moms,' '...finding solutions for people in love' and '...finding solutions for people in businesses.'"

Rio Home manufactures basic bedding with both memory foam and down and down alternative fills.
