GARDENA, Calif.-Doug Brignole, health and fitness expert and former Mr. Universe and Mr. America, has become the spokesman for the Simple Drape from Softline Home Fashions.

Brignole will make appearances at trade shows for Softline during 2014. He is featured on a video on Softline's Facebook page, in which he explains how the Simple Drape blocks out 99.9 percent of the morning sun, thus improving sleep and playing a role in a healthier lifestyle.

The Simple Drape can be hung in a few minutes without the use of any tools. It comes with two self-adhering rods, sliding hangers and two pleated drapery panels with the hooks already installed. A 3M backing on the rod is peeled off, place on the wall over the window and then the panels are attached.
