Henry Lodge is the company’s CEO emeritus and chairman through the end of the year

SOUTH PITTSBURG, Tenn. –Previously president and COO, Mike Otterman has assumed the CEO role at Lodge Manufacturing, succeeding Henry Lodge. Otterman will retain the presidential role.
Lodge is the company’s CEO emeritus and chairman of the board through the end of 2019.
Otterman joined the company in June 2016 as senior vice president of sales and marketing and was promoted to president and COO in late 2017. Lodge served as the company’s CEO from 2016 to 2018 and has held several roles throughout his 47-year career with the company.
“Mike Otterman’s 20-plus years of experience in the housewares market provides strong and creative leadership,” Lodge said. “We are confident he will lead our company to continued success.”
The company also has a new vice president of production, Dave Magness, who next year will replace Michael Whitfield, senior vice president of manufacturing, who will be retiring at the end of the year.
Lodge Manufacturing was founded by Joseph Lodge in 1896.
