Nashville, Tenn. – The new hybrid Bed Bath & Beyond + The Container Store concept is making a play for the business – a season that the legacy BBB chain was once dominated.

Beginning today, all 97 hybrid format stores are set with a dedicated College Living destination stocked with merchandise for dorm rooms and first apartments. Key categories include , storage, everyday essentials and décor.

“For a lot of us, college move-in is one of those moments you never forget,” said Amy Sullivan, president of Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. “Bed Bath & Beyond helped generations of families through that moment, and we’re proud to do it again.”

The collection is built around “the things students actually need,” she added, along with items that help make a dorm or apartment feel homey.
